Discipline
Discipline provides a
framework for learning and caring. It is essential that behaviour
management procedures at Castlecliff school work towards the idea of
self discipline were children accept responsibility for their own
actions. This means providing an environment where children have
the opportunity to make decisions and choices. Appropriate
behaviours are recognised and celebrated and inappropriate
behaviours are handled sensitively using a knowledgeable structured
approach.
Through our influence,
example and efforts we aim to help our children to
-
Develop strong
foundations in numeracy and literacy

Be purposeful learners

Be goal setters and team
players

Strive for their
personal best
